Fish Spatula

We aren’t gadget girls here at Canal House. We like to keep our kitchen tools simple, good sharp knives, whisks, tongs, a handful of wooden spoons, and a few fish spatulas. We love the fish spatula!
In fact, we think they should change the name to “the perfect” spatula. Ultra-flexible and very thin, they easily slip under delicate foods from tuiles to tilapia. Long slots allow any liquid to drain back into the pan as you lift food from fat or stock. Look for long handled versions to keep you far away from any splattering fat.
